    FY07 O&M Budget Guidance Summary
    In late 2004, HQUSACE (Mike White and Rob Vining) endorsed the establishment of an O&M Budget Field Advisory Team to serve as a sounding board for HQUSACE on O&M budget development and to maintain a broad perspective on the multipurpose nature of the O&M program.

    One of the team recommendations from the FY06 AAR was to improve communications with the field on O&M budget guidance across business lines. As a result, the team agreed to develop a readers digest version of the FY07 O&M budget guidance to help leaders at all levels better understand the business line approach to O&M budget development. Attached is our attempt to help you quickly understand the final budget guidance (EC 11-2-187 dated 29 April 2005) as it applies to O&M projects.

    Please begin collecting your thoughts for an AAR of the FY07 O&M budget guidance and process. Your MSC team members listed below will be seeking comments following the MSC budget submittals.
