    Revised ER 1125-2-307 Subsistence & Quarters (S&Q) Allowances
    The attached ER has been revised IAW recent HQ National Law Firm/Office of Counsel guidance regarding floating plant S&Q allowances and, in particular, travel payments in lieu of S&Q allowances for dredge employees. In accordance with fiscal law, the revision corrects the circumstances under which USACE dredge employees may receive reimbursement.

    Please ensure the widest dissemination of this information in the field. Your dredge/maintenance fleet supervisors and personnel, Human Resources offices, Bargaining Unit contacts, Offices of Counsel and other appropriate offices should be informed.
