Request for Nominations FY16 OPM CAP - Suspense 30 September
I am pleased to announce the FY 16 Request for Nominations for the NationalOperations Project Manager Career Assignment Program (OPM CAP). This successful employee development program continues to enable USACE to build the bench of our future leaders and allow opportunity for staff to gain valuable experience in USACE Leadership Positions. We have to set the stage for the next generation of Operations Leaders. This opportunity is for employees reaching for the next career level and striving for continued success to enhance the overarching responsibilities of the Operations managed Business Lines - working with continued relationships & communications to allow all USACE Divisions and Districts perform work requirements from the same platform.

I fully endorse this OPM CAP program with a positive and energetic approach to support the supervisors, applicants and the proponents (field offices) available to participate in and/or offer an OPM CAP location for selected individuals. As the many of us know, we would not be where we are today, without this developmental program and we truly appreciate your support and participation of these leadership development opportunities.

Nominations should be routed through each District to the MSC. Each MSC will forward nomination packages in accordance with the attached criteria and instructions to Mr. Eugene Goff, CESWT-OD-K.

Corps Castle Item is restricted to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, CAC required. Document will open in a new window.
