    2025 Volunteer of Year Award Recipients
    National Volunteer Award: This year's USACE national volunteer of the year award recipients are Holly Lane, Dawn Kostick, and Jolyn Tracy of Libby Dam in the Seattle District. They have collectively contributed 5,590 hours of service while staffing the Libby Dam Visitor Center, significantly supporting multiple USACE missions. Each volunteer brings unique strengths: Jolyn's business expertise in managing the bookstore and inventory; Holly's law enforcement background, which ensured safety and compliance; and Dawn's exceptional interpersonal skills, which made every visitor feel welcome and enhanced their overall experience.
