    EM 385-1-1, 2008 BEING Revised - First Draft Available for Review S:1 Aug 12
    Team: the first draft of the EM 385-1-1, 2008 is available for your review, comment and input at this link: http:/ /www.usace.army.mil/SafetyandOccupationalHealth.aspx

    Go to the tab on the left that says "EM 385-1-1, 2008 Being Revised". The table provides each section and 2 appendices for your review and input along with the associated Comment Sheet. The sections are presented in a first draft format, with strikethrough denoting deletion of text and underlined text denoting added wording. The drafts will be more polished by the 2nd review however it is important to recognize the material that has been proposed for deletion and this format does that. Formatting is not an issue at this point, please.

    All comments and input on this first draft shall be submitted for consideration/inclusion, per the directions on the comment sheet, NLT 1 August 2012.

    Please insure widest distribution of this material throughout your stovepipes - Operations Project Managers, Hydropower and Navigation Managers, District/MSC Chiefs of Operation, Engineering and Construction, Contracting, Labor Unions, and or to anyone else that might be interested to insure a complete and thorough review for accuracy and material content.
